After KSPO DOME, can you make an ICN flight?
Bottom line
After KSPO DOME, some ICN departures have very little slack. Around a 21:30 ending, late-night flights have to include the exit crowd, not just the driving time.

How long does venue exit take?
KSPO DOME exits often take 30–50 minutes. The walk to Olympic Park Station (Lines 5 and 9) slows right after the encore, and taxi queues can form. An encore-short show-end estimate makes the whole plan look safer than it is.
KSPO DOME to Incheon Airport
By day, subway plus AREX is often 80–110 minutes. After the last train it is mostly taxi, about 70–110 minutes at night. This is a cross-city trip from eastern Seoul, not the same problem as INSPIRE on Yeongjongdo.
What about 23:00-hour flights?
A 23:00–23:10 international departure after a 21:30 ending is a common question. Exit plus a cross-city transfer plus the ICN buffer usually leaves this window tight or worse. If you will leave during the show, enter that time.
What about 00:00-hour flights?
00:00–00:30 has more clock time than the 23:00 hour, but ICN international still wants you there early. A late encore, rain, or a taxi queue can push this into TIGHT or RISKY. 00:30 is not automatically safe.
If you stay for the encore
Official run times rarely include the encore drain. Put an encore-inclusive ending in the form. If you will walk out early, use that clock time and do not pretend you will see the rest.
Does a taxi make it realistic?
A taxi is the late-night path, but the meter does not start at encore. Leaving the hall, queuing, then 60–90+ minutes of driving still applies. Keep the exit buffer even if you plan to taxi.
If you have checked luggage
Checked bags add airport time. Going back across Seoul to pick up a suitcase after KSPO fights a late ICN departure. For same-day return, decide luggage before you lock the flight.
If you take the last train into the city
Last-train returns to Hongdae or Myeongdong are common, and they are a different question from making a flight. Catching a last train does not mean you can still reach ICN that night.

Ratings assume show end 21:30, international, no checked bag. Real encores run later.

If the same-night flight looks bad
If the rating is RISKY or NOT REALISTIC, a morning flight plus a stay area is usually safer.
