How Show2Gate rates a plan

The rating is spare minutes after show end, venue exit, transfer (day or late-night), and the international or domestic airport buffer, plus luggage. Thresholds map that spare time to a level.

How show end is treated

The typed show-end time is the Seoul-time anchor. Door time is not exit time. If you will stay for the encore, enter a later ending. Start time is collected but not used in the rating.

Exit buffer

Each venue adds a min–max exit range. Busier halls have a wider spread. Planning a taxi does not remove queue time; it sits in this buffer.

Transfer and last trains

If exit falls between 23:00 and 05:00, or after that route’s last departure, we use late-night ranges. Late night prefers taxi or shuttle; daytime prefers mixed or AREX.

Airport arrival buffer

Internal recommended arrival is 180 minutes before ICN international, 120 before GMP international, and 90 for domestic. Checked bags add 20 minutes; conservative mode adds 20 more. This is not an airline cutoff.

Spare minutes and levels

Worst-case spare minutes: 60+ SAFE, 30+ POSSIBLE, 0+ TIGHT, −60+ RISKY, below that NOT REALISTIC. Confidence follows crowd and transfer quality. Anonymized arrival reports may tighten these ranges later.
